Facing the development trend of elevator industry demand, TISCO, with the help of the R&D platform of the State Key Laboratory of Advanced Stainless Steel Materials, has been increasing its R&D efforts for the demand of elevator panel corrosion resistance, processability and surface quality, and has developed high-performance TES18 products for the first time in China. This product can meet the performance requirements of elevator panels, but also meet the requirements of low-carbon, environmental protection and economy, giving new energy to the future development of the elevator industry.
In the development process of TES18 new product, TISCO elevator industry production, marketing, research and development team from the source, research dozens of elevator industry end-users and supporting processing centers, in a full understanding of the elevator industry panel with stainless steel demand based on the optimization of the composition design, to achieve an innovative breakthrough in corrosion resistance and mechanical processing properties of TES18 products. At the same time, the bending roughness of TES18 products is reduced to about 60% of the traditional products, solving the "orange peel" visual problem caused by the high bending roughness of traditional products. In addition, for the continuous automatic production line of elevator manufacturers, TISCO's elevator industry production, marketing and research team "tailor-made" the relevant process and mechanical performance control standards to give TES18 products more adaptable to the mechanical performance of the continuous automatic production line of the elevator industry.
In the next stage, the production, sales and research team will continue to improve the quality control level of TES18 products and strengthen the market expansion, while promoting the development of higher corrosion resistance products for outdoor escalator panels and high-end pendant elevator panels, as well as the demand for antimicrobial performance of elevator panels under the concept of "healthy elevator" under the normalization of epidemic. TES21 products and TES18-KJ stainless steel products with antimicrobial properties are developed to realize the scale of customization for elevator industry users.
