As a demonstration unit of "cross-space interoperability and integration" of Baowu's Smart Manufacturing 2.0, TISCO Group, in order to meet the requirements of interoperability and integration of "steel main industry + mining system + diversified industries", build a "one headquarters and multiple bases" control model with unified language, unified standard, unified platform and unified culture, and support the platform-based control of the headquarters and the specialized centralized intelligent control of each base, officially launched the construction of Digital Intelligence in June 2021 after extensive research and full preparation. Adopting Baowu iPlat ecological platform technology, TISCO carried out the construction of intelligent centralized control, and for the first time, achieved full coverage of the whole process from digital mining, real-time online monitoring to centralized intelligent control. Through the construction of the operation centre, production, quality, equipment, logistics, energy and environment, security and other businesses have been organically integrated to achieve precise control of the whole process from ore extraction, raw fuel into the plant, production and manufacturing to finished products leaving the factory.
Relying on mining, coking, iron making, steel making, hot rolling, cold rolling, energy and power processes intelligent control centre, consolidate the data base, reconstruct the control interface, break the organizational boundaries, optimize job configuration, the stainless steel manufacturing experience accumulated by TISCO for many years and the organic integration of the operation room centralized control, redefine the whole process of steel manufacturing centralized control mode, the formation of production and manufacturing as the core of the space intensive, time intensive, personnel intensive, the The production and manufacturing system with the core of production and manufacturing, time integration, personnel integration, organization integration and business process integration, has achieved the integration of 192 operation rooms into 15 within a range of nearly ten kilometres, reducing the number of on-site operators by 324 and the number of operating areas by 35.
Through "cross-industry" integration, TISCO has improved its own specialised service capabilities and enhanced the level of collaboration with its industrial eco-partners, contributing to the high-quality development of Baowu's industrial eco-system. TISCO has completed the full coverage of the professional service platform within Baowu, realized the information interchange and digital delivery of stainless steel products with strategic customers such as China FAW and PetroChina, and promoted the innovative integration of the industry in all aspects, angles and chains.
