TISCO accelerated the pace of smart manufacturing in the testing laboratory, and after nearly a year of planning and layout and fine implementation, the smart sample making system for physical property testing was successfully put into operation. The entire specimen testing process is all replaced by robots, and the shape and size of the tensile, impact, bending, hardness and metallurgical specimens processed on line are consistent, with geometric accuracy better than the current domestic and international testing method standards or relevant product standards. In the past, the specimen processing were operated by manual, there are certain safety hazards. After the transformation, it not only liberates the manual labor and eliminates the hidden dangers, but also further improves the processing and testing accuracy, realizing the essential improvement of safety, quality and efficiency.
It is understood that this project is the first domestic automatic intelligent production line from specimen processing to testing, especially stainless steel physical properties testing of the whole process, is a set of equipment transformation, gas gas circuit installation, control center construction, AGV trolley operation, robot arm linkage and other integrated comprehensive project, by Baoxin Software is responsible for the specific implementation. In order to complete the project construction with high quality, TISCO Technology Center strictly follows the project implementation plan and organizes the dismantling, relocation and civil construction of old equipment in the site. At the beginning of this year, the project entered a critical stage, and the project department overcame difficulties such as the impact of epidemic, poor logistics and the unavailability of some personnel from manufacturers, selected competent personnel, set up a project strike team in time, lived and ate in the unit with the construction staff, communicated closely, collaborated fully, and took a reverse schedule to complete the installation of equipment and the joint testing of the centralized control system with high quality.
The successful commissioning of the project has realized the unmanned, automated and one-key function of sample preparation, marking the physical sample making in the Technology Center to a new era of intelligent manufacturing.
