Mirror finish
It is highly reflective and is produced by polishing stainless steel.
This polishing process improves appearance and consistency, making cleaning easier. It also hides the after-effects of welding and surface damage. It is mechanically treated with a series of progressively finer abrasives. The final process requires polishing the surface for 5-10 minutes to create a mirror-like high reflection.
Specular treatment improves corrosion resistance and eliminates gaps where corrosive particles can remain. Common applications include mirrors, decorative finishes, clean rooms, column covers, wall panels and reflectors.
Polishing
It is a surface finish using various abrasive processing processes. It is a processing process used in a variety of industries, from small parts for precision instruments to large products such as aircraft. In the metal building, polishing was chosen to suit various designs, from curtain walls, interior and exterior, fittings and monuments.
Brushed
Brushed stainless steel sheets provide a special look with a soft gloss and thin parallel line pattern. It's very decorative, but it's not very reflective, because too much reflection is unacceptable. The disadvantage of this finish is that it reduces corrosion resistance because the grooves are prone to rust.
