Its manufacturing method is as follows: Hot rolled steel containing 0.2% ~ 0.7%(mass)C at or above the final rolling temperature (R3 transition point -20℃) is used to prepare hot rolled sheet.
Cooling hot rolled plate to 650℃ or lower to 120℃/s at a cooling rate of 60℃/s or higher; After cooling at coiling temperature 600℃ or below, coiling hot rolled plate; Cold rolled hot rolled sheet is prepared with rolling reduction ratio of more than 30%. The cold rolled sheet was annealed to C1 transition point or below at annealing temperature above 600℃.
