Processing method
Decoiling
During the decoil process, please pay attention to safety. Decoiling the steel, especially the high
strength steel, the operator should not stand in front of the coil, which may spring out and hurt people. Decoiler with tension system is recommended to avoid the scratching.
Edge Cutting
Suitable equipment is need to cut or slit the steel. For the disc shear, it should have enough hardness to avoid wearing out and influencing the edge quality. A normal section of the steel consists of
separate and clear shearing zone and tearing zone.
