Cold Rolled Round Bar is essentially hot-rolled steel after further processing. Cold worked steel, also known as cold rolled steel, is usually produced as turning or cold drawn bars. Cold drawn hot-rolled bar is completed by drawing the bar through a die smaller than the hot-rolled size of the incoming material. The cold working process improves the dimensional tolerance, flatness and surface appearance of the bar, and improves the physical properties of the steel.
