1.A671 CC65 Pipe Length Tolerance
For seamless and welded pipes of low carbon steel A671 CC65, if a definite cutting length is ordered, the length should vary within the range of -0mm/+6mm.
2.ASTM A671 weight tolerance of carbon steel pipe
For pipes of ASTM A671 grade CC65 grade 22 NPS 12(DN300323.8mm) and below, the weight shall vary within the range of -3.5%/+10%.
The weight of ASTM A671 Gr CC65 pipes above NPS 12(DN300323.8mm) should be within the range of -5%/+10%.
Carbon steel A671 pipes with NPS 4(DN100114.3mm) and smaller sizes can be weighed in convenient batches; ASTM A671 CC65 CL22 pipes larger than NPS 4 shall be weighed separately.
3.A671 CC65 CL22 Low Carbon Steel Pipe Quantity Tolerance
Generally, ASTM A671 pipe manufacturers adopt a tolerance of -10% to +10%, but the trident steel keeps a variation of 3%.
