Incoloy 800 Square Pipe usually contains 15-25% chromium, 30-45% nickel, and a small amount of aluminum and titanium. 800 alloy is in single austenite zone after rapid cooling at high temperature, so it is in single austenite structure.The alloy has high chromium content and sufficient nickel content, so it has high corrosion resistance at high temperature and has been widely used in industry.
